Technical Documentation
We will prepare detailed technical documentation necessary for professional serial production. This ensures that your products will be not only aesthetically appealing but also functional and high-quality, which is key to your customers' satisfaction.
Materials
We provide a wide selection of materials from Italian tanneries, including classic linings, leather, and hardware. For special materials such as textiles or synthetic leather, we are able to use them, but we do not handle their ordering.
Sample Production
Based on your designs or templates, we create counter-samples for quality and price approval. The technological preparation, which includes the creation of paper templates and the technological production process, is thorough and ensures that every detail is considered.
Minimum Order
For serial production, the minimum quantity is 50 pcs per model with the option to mix colors. Delivery is within 1-3 months after sample approval and deposit payment.
Preparation Time
Processing technical documentation and sample production can take 8-20 hours, which reflects our thoroughness and precision. This process is an investment in the quality and functionality of your products.
