Return of goods

We put a great deal of care and focus on quality into the production of our products because your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re sorry if you decided to withdraw from the purchase agreement and would love the opportunity to make up for anything that may have disappointed you.

How to proceed when returning goods:

If you’re far from us, you can visit one of our partner stores to see samples of our work. Our discount offers do not apply to these stores, and online orders cannot be picked up there , but most of them are beautiful fashion boutiques where you can perfectly match our handbag with a full outfit.

1. Pack the item

   Ideally in the original packaging. Make sure the product has the original tag attached and shows no signs of wear. The box should be large enough to prevent damage. You don’t need to include the invoice, but please add a note with your contact information and order number so we can identify you easily. If you’d like a refund, don’t forget to include your account number for the transfer.

2. Send the package

   Alternatively, you can use Zásilkovna, which is FREE for you – just bring the package to the nearest drop-off point and give the staff this code: 97536777 .

   Or you can bring it directly to our store in Třebechovice.

3. Once we receive the package

   As soon as the package arrives, we will issue a return receipt and send it to you by email. Alternatively, we will inform you about the exchange. If needed, we will contact you by phone.

Conditions for withdrawal from the purchase agreement:

1. According to § 1837 of the Civil Code, please note that withdrawal is not possible if the goods have been modified according to your wishes or personal requirements.
2. If your purchase is not subject to item 1 or another reason that prevents withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, as stated in § 1829 of the Civil Code. If you ordered multiple items or parts, the period begins on the day you received the last item. Simply let us know by email at obchod@elega.cz . You may use the withdrawal form provided, but it’s not required.
3. Once you withdraw, the contract is canceled and the goods must be returned within 14 days.
4. After receiving the returned goods, we will refund your money to your account no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. Refunds are made only after we receive the goods.
5. If the goods are damaged due to poor packaging, we have the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
6. If you received a gift along with the goods, please return it together with the item.
7. Although it is not required to return the goods in the original packaging, we recommend packing them securely in a sufficiently large box to prevent damage. If damage occurs due to improper packaging, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
