How to send your handbag?

Pack the handbag carefully:
Pack the handbag in a suitable box that will protect it during transport. We recommend stuffing it with paper to maintain its shape.
Include a description of the issue:
Add a short description of the issue you’d like to solve (e.g., repair, renovation, or other requests).
Include your contact information:
Don’t forget to include your contact details – name, phone number, email – and, if possible, a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

Shipping options

To send your handbag for renovation, you can choose the shipping method that suits you best – for example, Czech Post or PPL.

If you prefer a simpler shipping method, we also offer a service through Zásilkovna. Just carefully pack the handbag, take it to the nearest Zásilkovna drop-off point, and give the operator the code 97536777 .

Shipping options

Return shipping fee:
If you use Zásilkovna, a fee of 60 CZK for returning the handbag will be added to your invoice.
After renovation is complete:
We will send the handbag back to the agreed address. Return postage will also be added to the total amount. You can choose the payment method – either cash on delivery or bank transfer before shipping.
