The handbag can hold A4 documents, a laptop, a large wallet, a diary, a phone, a glasses case, a cosmetic bag and other everyday necessities. Thanks to the internal division, the contents remain clearly organized.

How does the handbag close?
The main compartment closes with a flap with a magnetic closure, making it easy to access the bag while keeping its contents safely stored.

How is Arlette arranged inside?
A large zip pocket divides the main compartment of the bag into two separate parts. In one part you will find a smaller zip pocket for keys or small items, for example, and in the other there is an open pocket for your phone and things you want to have quickly at hand.

Does the handbag have a lining?
Yes. Arlette has a premium Czech-made lining. Its color may vary depending on the production series.

What material is Arlette made of?
The handbag is made of triple-tanned cowhide leather. The triple-tanning process uses vegetable-based tannins. The result is a strong natural leather with a characteristic pattern that gradually acquires a patina and a distinctive appearance with use, exposure to light and the surrounding environment.

Are minor scratches on the skin okay?
Yes. Fine scratches, small scratches, wrinkles or differences in shade may be a natural part of this type of leather. Natural cowhide leather does not have a perfectly uniform surface and it is its slight differences that make each piece original. Also, during use, other fine marks may appear on the surface, which gradually create the natural patina of the handbag.

Will the appearance of the skin change over time?
Yes. This is one of the typical properties of tri-compound leather. Through the effects of light, use and contact with hands, its shade can gradually gain greater depth and the surface can develop a natural patina. Over time, the bag acquires its own character.

The dimensions of the handbag are 38 × 28 × 15 cm (w × h × d) and the weight is approximately 1.15 kg. The height of the handles is approximately 29 cm. The bottom of the handbag is protected by metal rivets.

Where is the handbag made?
Arlette is manufactured in our workshop in Třebechovice pod Orebem. Each piece is created in small batches with an emphasis on quality workmanship and careful finishing.

How to care for triple-grain cowhide leather?
There is no need to treat the handbag again before the first wear. We recommend the first impregnation after approximately two months of use, then depending on the intensity of wear and the current condition of the leather. Use products intended for smooth natural leather and test each new product on a less visible area first. Protect the handbag from prolonged contact with water, grease and intense heat sources.
