ELEGA would like to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality. Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order. In case of dissatisfaction with the product, please contact our Customer service (info@elega.eu), where we can tell you the address of a drop-off point in your country.


For returns, please follow these easy steps for getting purchases back to our warehouse:

  •  Prepare the items you wish to return in the box it was originally ordered in. Kindly ensure that the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.

  •  Send the box by post to a given Packeta International drop-off point in your country. We will arrange the transport of the package to our warehouse. Shipping time is the same as the delivery to your country. The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping country/region

  •  Once ELEGA has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail.

  • Refunds are only available by bank transfer on the customer's account within 7 days from the delivery of goods to our warehouse.

    If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only a part of the order is returned, the shipping costs, if paid, are not refunded.

    These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

    Shipments from outside the EU are subject to customs procedures and therefore the return address cannot be used in the standard way, as in the case of EU countries.
