Shipping times and costs

Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

All orders placed through ELEGA's online shop are subject to verification, which can take up to 48 hours. Once approved, the order will be prepared and shipped. You will receive a notification e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment. You will be able to trace your shipment using the tracking number.

Payment methods:

Payment can be made by credit card, Apple Pay and bank transfer, possible also to pay by QR code. The cards issued in the EU: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club.

Credit card - Security:

After creating the order, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway, where you enter the necessary data. If the transaction is authorized, payment will be made immediately and we will send the goods the next working day. We support the 3D Secure protocol. Our employees do not have access to your card details, everything is only in the hands of the bank.

In case of payment by bank transfer:

Please make the payment to our bank account within 14 days at the latest. We will send the goods the next working day when we receive payment. The customer pays all fees associated with the bank transfer. We can prepare a payment for you using a QR code, so you do not have to fill in a bank connection.
